About the S.T.A.R. (Special Thanks and Recognition) Newsletter: We regularly receive a significant amount of unsolicited comments and feedback from our customers and partners. To celebrate those that take the time to say “thank you” and the great work of our team members, we’ll be posting some highlights here twice a month. We hope these stories stand as a testament to what we do the best: “offering exceptional services.”

1. ARC Southern California

ARC Team,

I am writing ( unsolicited) to recognize and commend your employees at both the San Bernardino and Riverside plants. My relationship with ARC ( previously OCB) goes back over 18 years.

As a small Builder in the Inland Empire I rely on efficient and effective service from my subcontractors and business partners. Managing a development company with remote projects requires the ability to transfer information to several resources including cities, consultants, subcontractors and employees efficiently and your teams at both facilities make that possible for me and my partners.

My direct communication with Alana, JC, Jason and all of their supporting associates has always been nothing short of extremely satisfying. Whether it is a small job or large printing job I have never been disappointed with the timing or quality of their service.

I wanted to make sure you are aware of their exceptional customer service, professionalism and “CAN DO” attitude which I’m sure is consistent with your corporate values.

Please pass along my sincere gratitude for their assistance with making my ability to manage my company that much better.

Once again doing business with you guys over the years, since before Riot Days has been a pleasure as usual. Sorry I wasn’t in attendance at this years event to meet you guys.

Also let me express on behalf of our fellow Sponsors, the Committee, Local Firm, and  the Universities,  Our appreciation for You and Your Teams’  participation in this years’  Student Design Charrette 2016.

I can’t begin to tell you the relief the committee feels to have us involved, in this intense and rewarding experience for the Students the past 4 yrs.

Julia one of the task force committee members who is helped to facilitate this years’ Student Design Charrette in Houston… “We are so honored that ARC / Riot printing companies continue to support our Charrette”.

The Student Design Charrette is one of the featured sessions at the Healthcare Design Expo & Conference.

I wanted to let you all know that I have accepted a new position and this coming Friday will be my last day with Jacobs.  I didn’t want to leave before I let you all at ARC know how much I have appreciated working with you over the last 2 years.  You guys were always accommodating, an absolute joy to work with, and the best at what you do!  I appreciate all that you have done and continue to do for Jacobs.

Please extend my best to Cynthia and Ryan (in shipping), as they also worked so tirelessly to always help me out.

Please keep in touch and I will do the same!

The order was processed efficiently and delivered as expected. I can’t think of any changes to the process that would improve the great working relationship we have now. But I will be happy to share any idea in the future should there be one.

Thank you for referencing the Hyperlinking service. Right now we aren’t interested but if we have a project that it would be useful I will follow up.

It’s that time again! As a thank you to everyone at Arc West LA for all you do for us, we would like to provide your team with a pizza lunch on us! Your team consistently goes above and beyond for [us], whether deciphering complicated printing orders, completing last-minute urgent requests, or simply taking the time to get to know our names and being a friendly smile in the midst of a crazy day…you are a key part in our success, and we are very grateful!

If I recall, you had about 20 people last year…let me know if the number has changed, and what day (maybe sometime next week?) would work best for everyone!

I’m really impressed with how professional you were and, on top of your professionalism, the speed in which you fixed our paper problem. It’s unfortunate that a miscommunication occurred, but thanks to you, it was resolved faster than I would ever hope or expect to see. Not only did you fix the problem, you provided me with the proper system to ensure I don’t miscommunicate our future orders. So thank you for cooking me dinner as well as teaching me how to fish.

I truly appreciate that you provided such an unexpected and pleasant experience in resolving the problem. I wish everyone I talked with had the level of customer service and care that you showed with me yesterday; especially when I started getting frustrated during our phone conversation. Your demeanor and heart helped me to calm myself down. I hope you know how valuable you are and how priceless that characteristic is to have in the front lines of any office. It’s a very rare skill set. That’s why I like working with ARC and I can’t wait to work with you in the future.
